Return & Refund

Effective: November 4, 2025

Snapshot

  • Return window: 30 days from your order date

  • Condition: as received when reasonably possible; include all manuals, tools, and accessories

  • Restocking fee: none

  • Return shipping: customer-paid unless we made an error or we confirm a defect

How to start (two-minute email)

Write to info@augustaride.com with your Order #, the item(s) you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply with steps and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address. Please don’t ship anything back without authorization.

Packaging checklist

Use original packaging when you can. Put your order number inside the box. Include chargers, tools, and any freebies/bundled items.

Exchanges

Want a different size/model? Ask for an exchange within the return window (subject to availability). We’ll route you to the fastest option.

Refund timing

After the return is delivered to our facility, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.

Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). If the order has shipped, please follow the return steps above.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of packaging/product (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; formal disputes can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
