Where we deliver
United States only (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). We don’t ship internationally yet.
Processing cadence
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Mountain Time typically enter processing the same day.
Estimated transit times (U.S.)

Standard: about 6–8 business days after dispatch

Expedited: about 4–6 business days after dispatch
Timelines are estimates; weather, seasonal volume, and carrier delays may extend delivery.
Rates & promotions
Available methods and costs appear at checkout. Occasionally we run free-shipping promotions—details will show on product or cart pages.
Tracking & multi-box orders
Tracking numbers are emailed when labels are created; the first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours to appear. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes—each with its own tracking.
Address issues & returns to sender
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.
Damage or loss in transit
If your order arrives damaged—or appears lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, brief description, and photos (if damaged) so we can act quickly.
