Terms of Service

1) Agreement to terms

Using or purchasing from augustaride (the “Services”) means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep login credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for product total, taxes, and shipping. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud/abuse; cancelled orders are promptly refunded. We may correct obvious pricing/content mistakes—even after submission—by cancelling and refunding or by asking for your direction.

4) Shipping, title & risk of loss

See the Shipping Policy for timing and options. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.

5) Returns & refunds

Handled by the Return & Refund Policy in this document.

6) Reviews & user content

By submitting reviews, photos, or Q&A, you grant augustaride a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Prohibited conduct

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials are owned by KI AUGUSTA, LLC or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as expressly provided in our Warranty Policy, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KI AUGUSTA, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may modify these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by Utah law with exclusive venue in Washington County, Utah.
